The FIRST POST!

Well, this has been a long time in the making, a blog for me...

My dad started one a few months ago, and I have decided that I just cannot let him have all the fun. Few things you need to know about me:

• I am a history teacher at a local high school. If you don't care for discussing history or politics, LEAVE NOW, there will be quite a few posts dealing with these topics.


• I am very passionate about my career. Education is the most important field in this country, especially now.


• I also coach Cross Country and Track at the same high school. While my physique may not show it, I am a runner, biker (not motor, pedals), and have aspirations to being a triathlete. Swimming is a problem for me.


• I will also post reactions to movies that I have seen. I am a huge movie junkie and spend way to much of my already small income feeding this addiction. Nerd (as indicated by the picture above) may be a better way to describe this...


• As I indicated earlier, I love sports, football, basketball, baseball, soccer etc. I have little interest in tennis or golf and really am apathetic when it comes to hockey.

Well friends, this might give you an idea of what we will be discussing here on this blog. Please feel free to post and discuss as much as you want. I will reply when I can, but if I don't get to you right of the bat, don't be offended. I am busy molding young minds! (Scary)
